php7部署tp3 无法加载数据库驱动,thinkphp3.2 CLI模式下无法加载数据库驱动

使用的是Windows服务器，项目需要用到计划任务更新订单状态。用Thinkphp下的CLI模式，然后用BAT执行。出现无法加载数据库驱动的问题。
