在联网的情况下tx 和 aop 标签会自动去联网 提供提示功能

在没有联网的情况下就可以通过以下配置实现标签联想功能。

1.当然首先你的要下载好spring-tx-2.0.xsd 和spring-aop-2.0.xsd文件。

然后 在wondos-->preferences-->搜索文本框中输入xml-->XML Catalog-->Add
