SEVERE: An incompatible version 1.1.27 of the APR based Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat requires version 1.1.32

解决方法：

》https://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/

》https://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/1.1.32/binaries/

点击此处下载  tomcat-native-1.1.32-win32-bin.zip

本机环境、工具：64位、Myeclipse10、JDK1.7、Tomcat7

最后将tcnative-1.dll 文件，复制到../Tomcat7/bin/    ，重启Tomcat7。成功解决问题！！！
