"命名空间"system.web"中不存在类型或命名空间名称security"错误解决方法

可是老是报"命名空间"system.web"中不存在类型或命名空间名称security"错误，我想在程序前端加上

using System.Web应该就可以了，可惜还是不行，后来一查才知道是应该在引用中添加System.Web才行。如图
