Hi,

I am trying to load data from the a text file into an oracle table through oracle external table concept.

But while i am trying to load the data i am getting an error of type

"ORA-04025: maximum allowed library object lock allocated for SYS.MY_DIRECTORY"

I am using a cursor to fetch the rows.

I have tried to load the data through bulk collect also but the error is same.

Please suggest on this .

I am using the dbms_lob utilities to convert the my pdf files into blob which are getting loaded into the table.
