C- Building just the tools
--------------------------------------

You can also build isolated windows tools directly on Linux without building
the full SDK.

To build, perform the following steps:

  $ cd ~/my-android-git
  $ . build/envsetup.sh
  $ lunch sdk-eng
  $ make winsdk-tools
