linux mysql 远程登录，及用户权限

在 windows和 linux 上远程登录时，通常会遇到拒绝连接，密码错误，或者权限不足。以致无法正常的使用数据库，如无法创建数据库，看不到系统数据库 mysql等等。

报错如下。

C:\Users\zouqone>mysql -h10.20.5.238 -uroot -p1ERROR 1130 (00000): Host '10.20.5.41' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

或者 权限不足，看不到所有的数据库

其中 ，mysql，无法看到，但是明显mysql是存在的。

解决方法：

进入数据库，修改系统user表。
