oracle sqlplus logon,oracle error when switch user or logon with SQLPlus

I have workd for a week in yahoo, to process the oracle start problem is my first task, oracle reports error when switch user or login with SQLPlus, the error message looks like below:

Error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE

Warning: Product user profile information not loaded!

You may need to run PUPBLD.SQL as SYSTEM

in case of normal, switch SYSTEM should be sucessful, but the fact weren't, thos it is not normal,  to bring about

this problem in the case of create database by manual model, affter this, in general, execute three sql scripts must,

but in fact it isn't executed, thos, this problem heppend;

the method of solve this problem :

affter create database, must executes three sql scripts, those path are:

$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql

$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql

$ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/catalog.sql

the third sql script should be running with user SYSTEM, switch user in SQLPlus like this: connect system/password;

affter above, the problem never appeared, i'm very glad, before this, i take three days to deal it;
