Description:
This article shows how to disable the Welcome Page feature in the above products when Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is installed.

Resolution:
To disable the Welcome Page feature,

1. Navigate to the following registry key location in the table listed below, depending on the product you have.
2. Delete the data for ($BDS)\Bin\startpageide100.bpl
