ArcGIS Server 9.3安装问题总结

刚开始用9.3的版本，一顿问题。
关于登陆的问题
- 关闭Windows防火墙
- 登陆som，看看用户密码是否正确
- 修改一下，工具-》文件夹选项-》使用简单文件共享
- 登录用户是否是agsadmin和agsusers组

在线编辑
可编辑数据要求：
1  non pooled service
2  数据必须在sde数据库中
3  必须注册版本
4  server advanced license
不过传说好像池化的数据也可以编辑，但有什么限制来着…

Catalog连接server的

 

    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

确定arcgiswebservices账户是否在administrators组里？账户是否过期？你把自己添加到agsadmin后注销机器了吗？

先确保上面3项 。
如果都不行的话，建议把agsadmin，agsuser用户组删除掉，arcgissom，arcgissoc，arcgiswebservices账户删除掉，

然后重新进行一下post install，按照安装说明来

SDE安装的问题
报错：unable to start iomgr
网上很多人多试几次就好使了,我试了很多次，不担没有用，而且出现err(1072)的错误。
我的解决方式，SDE卸载重新安装，Post install同样的问题，直接取消，重启，OK了。

lock request conflicts with an established lock的错误

SDE的数据注册为版本(Register As Versioned)功能报错，看看数据源是不是在利用中
The requested resource (/arcgis/rest/services) is not available
出现这样的错误：
HTTP Status 404 - /arcgis/rest/services
重新post了一下，地图服务重新发布一下就好了

 ArcMap打不开且出现提示（Hostname：Not_Set）的解决方法 ：

    这几天有几位网友都遇到ArcMap打不开且出现提示（Hostname：Not_Set）的问题。截图如下所示（此图来自网友求助时的截图）。

我自己没遇到过这样的问题，推测应该是由于安装时没修改license文件的hostname为计算机名引起的。

     解决方法如下：

1. 通过开始菜单——ArcGIS，打开Desktop Administrator。
2. 切换到License Manager，点击Change，输入计算机名就可。
3. 注意计算机名中不能含有中文。

 4.如果以上三步不成功的话，则按如下处理：

      regedit --- Localmachine -- software --- esri --- license。

      其中在license server里面输入 @+主机名。 比如本机就是@localhost

 解决ArcGIS安装之后出现的Windows installer configures问题:

Discription  //描述

When opening ArcMap or ArcCatalog, an ArcGIS Desktop dialog box displays the following message:

//当打开 ArcMap 或ArcCatalog时，出现一个DeskTop对话框信息：

"Please wait while Windows configures ArcGIS Desktop"

//"Please wait while Windows configures ArcGIS Desktop"

The program continues to install ArcGIS Desktop and asks for the installation source if it cannot find it.

//程序继续安装ArcGIS Desktop ，若找不到安装文件，则要求设置文件路径

 

Cause   //原因

ArcMap or ArcCatalog is looking for a file or group of files that is no longer available.

The removal of the file(s) may be caused by the installation of a new software, system update or anti-virus.

//ArcMap或ArcCatalog找不到需要的文件，其原因可能是由于安装了新的软件、系统更新或反病毒软件等。

 

Solution or Workaround   //解决办法

Look in the System Event Viewer:  //打开时间查看器

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.  //开始＞控制面板>管理工具>事件查看器
2. Highlight the Application or Application Log in the Event Viewer  //打开应用程序
   
3. Double-click on the latest MisInstaller log. If it does not appear similar to the one shown below, click on the next one.                                
4.   //打开最新的几条事件，寻找与下图相似的事件

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   5.   Search for the missing file from another workstation or through the Internet.  //通过网络或安装软件搜寻丢失的文件

   6.   Open the Windows Explorer and navigate to the specified directory shown in the Event Viewer.

        Copy and paste the missing file into the directory.   //将搜得的文件放到相应的路径下。

 

  《注》：  根据上面的说明，我遇到的问题是缺少msxml4.dll，从网络下载了这个文件放到

           对应的路径下。 再次启动ArcMap，问题解决。

                        以上出现的问题，我都碰到好几个，依据上面的方法都顺利解决了。
