此问题是权限的问题，在$ORACLE_HOME/bin/

修改权限即可

chmod  6751 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle

使用rman进行数据库的全备，日志必须是归档的形式。。

修改日志的归档形式

启动数据库到mount阶段：

alter database archivelog；

启动数据库

alter database open；
