While browsing, a screen pops up with red backgroung warning me that the web site that I am trying to access is unsafe. This for just about every sit I am trying, including safe sites e.g Microsft's Home page. The address for this site is:res://ieframe.dll/PhishSite.htm?Threats=16&Block=0&Host=www.bizrate.com

It sounds like a .dll registry problem. There are numerous sits on the web that are providing a "frre scan", and reuesting me to buy their package usually for $29.90. I bought onr called Blue something, and it did not fix the problem. There is another on

called PC Mghty Max, which statesthat it will clean up the errors in the Registry. HELP! Thanks. Nash
