oracle 11g不能启动,[求助]oracle 11g无法启动

系统是redhat 6.5，之前没有过任何预兆即出现了以下问题。

今日发现整个数据库非常缓慢，遂准备重启服务器解决问题。

但是执行shutdown immediate没有任何效果。同时sql语句执行缓慢，小弟并非专业oracle数据库运维，只是接了个活，所以想着速战速决，于是执行了shutdown abort。成功。

之后再启动时就出现了无法启动的问题。下面是错误日志。希望各位能够帮助我
