邮件服务器pop无响应,exchange2013邮箱服务器POP服务异常，客户端无法接收邮件

建议你运行下面的指令，检查出问题的邮箱服务器上的PopProxy组件的状态是否为active，正常状态下应该为active，否则则会导致pop连接问题：

Get-ServerComponentstate -Identity ServerName

如果为inactive，尝试下面的指令来恢复Popproxy的状态为active：

Set-ServerComponentState -Identity ServerName -Component PopProxy -Requester HealthAPI -State Active
