摘要:
This article presents case studies involving an elderly man and an elderly woman who developed skin disorders and central nervous system disorders during treatment with bortezomib for multiple myeloma. Both patients had previously received melphalan and thalidomide. After two courses of bortezomib, the man developed several cutaneous lesions localized at his face, chest and arms. The woman developed multiple subcutaneus nodular lesions and meningeal involvement of multiple myeloma with massive infiltration of her cerebellum.
