linux部署webservice服务,linux 系统发布WebService服务端失败

系统是发布在linux+tomcate5.5.33+jdk1.6_45+java ，其中系统在发布webService服务端时候启动报错，如下图：

改项目在windows环境下 可以正常启动并发布。请问这个有可能是什么原因，并且怎么解决呢
