oracle11g ora 01033,ORA-01033错误:归档日志问题导致ORACLE无法启动

[B]环境如下：

windows+oracle9.2.0.1.0

Z盘空间剩余300G

操作系统访问归档日志所在目录和文件正常

用oracle enterprise manager console连上实例，总是提示ora-01033提示，我查过代码，显示如下：

ORA-01033

ORA-01033ORACLE startup or shutdown in progress

Cause:An attempt was made to log on while ORACLE is being started up or shut down.

请教两个问题：

1、能不能改变归档日志的路径，会不会是硬盘某块出了问题，ORACLE读写不了，改变路径，创建新的归档？

2、能不能切换到不归档模式，然后启动，再切换会归档模式？

正在冷备份，就怕搞砸了，不好交代。。。 ：
