Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with warranty as your controller is not performing well. As stated previously by our Ambassadors, the warranty period for our standard Xbox One controllers are 90 days. If you are referring to our Elite Xbox
One controller, then it would be for a 1 year period.
If your controller is having issues with the bumpers, then I recommend that you troubleshoot the issue using our
Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution to see if any of the troubleshooting steps can help alleviate the issue. If the issue remains, and you are within the warranty period, then you may set up a device replacement. If you are not within warranty, then you
would need to replace the device.
If you are having difficulty setting up a replacement yourself, then I would recommend that you again
contact Xbox Support for your region to have them assist you directly.
