今天一个员工说想打印份邮件报错，过去看了下，是outlook打印弹出错误，而且打开outlook非常卡，经常卡的计算机进入假死状态，结束outlook进程或者重启才管用。

打印时候弹出错误信息如下

 There is a problem with the selected printer. You might need to reinstall this printer. Try again, or use a different printer.

经过测试发现打印测试页没问题，打印其他文档页正常，忙了半个多小时，终于找到问题原因了。

是因为近期打了一个编号为KB2509470微软补丁。微软提供了解决方法，打上KB2512788补丁即可。

我没按他说的做，我直接卸载KB2509470补丁。

Microsoft has released hotfix KB2512788 which solves the issue below. As it is ahotfix, you’ll need to request, download and install the update manually. A solution will also be included in a later rollup update which will be automatically offered viaMicrosoft Update.
