oracle 控制台端口,为什么无法登陆Oracle 10g 的5500端口的控制台

OS：Windows XP SP3

Oracle： Oracle 10g  10.1。2

本地安装了数据库TEST,

并且设置了监听 和  本地网络

在CMD情况下  可以通过SQLplus 登入，如下：

C:\Documents and Settings\xxx> sqlplus /nolog

SQL>conn sys/***@Test as sysdba

这个看我的 服务也已经起来了，单我在的IE 7 中，输入

http://comp01:5500/em

后，其可以出现登入窗体

输入用户和密码，选择 sysdba (用sys用户登入)后，点击登入时 ，反映一会后，又 重新返回到登入界面 ，不知道是什么原因。
