 1 创建数据库：
 2 create database xt with owner = xt encoding = "utf-8";
 3 修改数据库：
 4 alter database xt rename to gxt;
 5 --连接数
 6 alert database gxt connection limit 20; 
 7 --删除
 8 drop database gxt;
 9 
10 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
11 创建表： 类似mysql
12 alter table stu rename to tab_student;
13 alter table tab_student rename id to bh;
14 alter table tab_student alter column bh type varchar(20);
15 alter table tab_student drop column bh ;
16 alter table tab_student add column bh varchar(20);
17 drop table  if exists tab_student;
18 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
19 数据类型
20 日期与时间类型 
21 time                           10：05:05
22 date                           2019-05-13
23 timestamp                  2019-05-13 10:05:05
24 
25 text                           无长度限制（长文本）
