1、Windows+R，在对话框中输入“regedit”，点击运行；

 

2、此时会弹出注册表信息，在里面找到   www.2cto.com  

 

“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager”目录

 

3、删除“PendingFileRenameOperations”；

 

4、关闭对话框，重新开始安装Sql Server2008，问题解决。
