consul服务注册后健康检查一直失败如何解决

现象如下图所示：service应用检查出现异常

解决方法：

1、spring-boot-starter-parent 版本问题

<parent> 
    <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId> 
    <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId> 
    <version>1.5.9.RELEASE</version> 
    <relativePath/>
</parent>

2、是否缺少jar包

<!--consul中健康检查需要用到actuator，不添加会check failing—>

    <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId> 
    <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-actuator</artifactId> 
</dependency>

3、检查consul版本，目前亲测1.0.6版本有坑，用0.9.3版本后解决。

4、或者自己自定义写个/health 的请求方法也可以
