目标

在 DefaultAuthenticator 或者外部 LDAP 里创建一个新的 User group， 并把这个group 加到 Admin Global Role，通过在Admin Console -> Security Realms -> Roles and Policies -> Global Roles -> Admin 添加group完成。该组下的用户具有管理控制台中的所有管理员权限，但用户仍然无法访问EM控制台中的SOA-INFRA内容。点击SOA-INFRA后，屏幕将显示仪表盘，并显示消息“You do not have the permissions to view this region”。 这是为什么?

当把group加入到Security Realm里的Global Roles: Monitor/Operator/Deployer 时会出现类似的行为。
