（1）查看flash IOS版本及大小

（2）配置交换机管理接口IP地址，测试本地主机到交换机的连通性，
同时关闭操作系统的防火墙。
SW1(config)#int vlan 1 //配置交换机管理地址
SW1(config-if)#ip add 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
SW1(config-if)#no shut

SW1#ping 10.1.1.100 //ping 主机地址

（3）打开3CDaemon软件，设置tftp服务器及上传/下载的目录文件夹。
（4）交换机上通过命令下载IOS。
SW1#copy flash: tftp: //表示从flash 到tftp服务器
