我的Microsoft Office Excel 2003/2007在同时打开两个表以上的时候，从一个表切换到另一个表就不能输入东西了，就是鼠标是个箭头，不能指在那个区域。重新装过OFFICE还是不行，请各位帮忙！


方法一：
右击“我的电脑”-> 属性 -> 高级 -> 性能选项 -> 设置按钮 -> 取消“菜单下显示阴影”。

方法二：
右击“桌面”空白处-> 属性 -> 外观 -> 效果 -> 取消“菜单下显示阴影”的勾。

 

下面讲述一下本人针对此问题与微软交涉后的结论，希望对各位有所帮助，资源共享啦。

『背景』

『分析』
使用智能ABC、86版五笔、微软自带ime、双核处理器等出现问题的机率大
微软回答：
此问题的症状基本都是在使用IME中文输入和在超线程或双核的环境中，用户点击任务栏上的图表去切换Excel窗口，激活窗口和使窗口失效这两个事件之间产生紊乱情况。经过我们这里的硬件环境搭建和测试，我们发现这些问题应该只会在某些芯片组的机器上才会产生。基于这个事实，我们微软之前曾发布过Hotfix补丁程序(KB 897174)解决在智能ABC输入法5。0版本上出现的问题。我们可以暂时关闭超线程或双核功能，或者在切换窗口的时候关闭中文输入法来确认这个问题。
关于微软五笔输入的问题，经过我们产品组的反复研究，发现在五笔中解决这个问题，需要做很大的代码改动，很可能这样的代码改动会引入新的更多的Bug. 考虑到风险太大，微软产品组无法提供一个补丁程序。同时，微软针对这个问题发布了知识库文章，中间提到了一个解决方案，您可以提供给最终用户作为参考：

The Office WuBi IME team has investigated the issue reported by HP China in which the Excel window cannot be properly activated from the task bar when using this IME. As a result of this investigation, we have found that the best solution for our customers is a workaround, rather than a code change.

In order to address the problem with a code change, updates would need to be made to the WuBi term table. Updates in this area always carry a significant level of risk, as there are several areas where the fix may be needed. Each code change we make has the potential to introduce regressions; with the higher degree of risk associated with the change, it would translate into the need for a very comprehensive test pass. This renders the change outside the scope of what can safely be undertaken in a hotfix.

Fortunately, we were able to discover a very straight-forward workaround which customers who contact HP China should be able to easily implement. By simply switching to a different program, such as Word or Notepad, the cursor will be in the correct state when switching back to the Excel window. Microsoft will publish a Knowledge Base article acknowledging this problem and explaining the workaround. HP China will be able to point customers directly to that documentation.

微软表示针对此问题没有好的解决方案，因为它属于输入法与office2003间的bug。无法通过重装软件以及修改注册表等方式进行修复。建议各位与我面临过同样问题的朋友使用第三方输入法，我想应该可以避免问题再次发生。
