[h3c1-luser-ftp1]password cipher ftp12345678      设置用户密码

[h3c1-luser-ftp1]level 3      设置用户登录级别

[h3c1-luser-ftp1]service-type ftp    设置用户的服务类型的为FTP

PC:登录FTP服务器： ftp 192.168.2.1
