下载XmlSchema-1.1.jar包，

执行命令
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=/root/XmlSchema-1.1.jar  -DgroupId=org.apache.ws.commons  -
 
DartifactId=XmlSchema -Dversion=1.1  -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true
 
方法二
把XmlSchema-1.1.jar上传到maven私服上
