非常有用的国外大牛写得php处理bt torrent种子文件的类，可以在线解码种子文件，包括上传的种子文件或者远程种子链接；可以在线建立种子文件；目测可以实现在线种子文件转换为磁力链。
实际通过获取到的hashinfo可以自行构造出磁力链，不过为了方便，还是增加一段代码进去就可以用$torrent->magnet();这种方式来直接获取磁力链了，很方便吧。
