次方法适用xp     2003 server
 
当ping 127.0.0.1 出现 unable to contact IP driver ,error code2
当ipconfig /all  出现无法显示IP 地址  
 
an internal error occureed: no supported
 
当在事件查看器中看到：

与 Network Location Awareness (NLA) 服务相依的 TCP/IP Protocol Driver 服务因下列错误而无法启动:

系统找不到指定的文件。

由于下列错误，TCP/IP Protocol Driver 服务启动失败:

系统找不到指定的文件。

在CMD中用PING和ipconfig：

ping :unable to contact IP driver ,error code2

ipconfig /all

window ip conifguration

an internal error occureed: no supported

additionsl information :unable to query host name

分析原因：非法关机引起系统文件tcpip.sys损坏，从而导致TCP/IP Protocol Driver 驱动损坏。

解决办法：恢复tcpip.sys文件
 
到正常的系统中 xp  或者 2003 server 中 的 系统目录下
 
即：windows\system32\drivers 拷贝 tcpip.sys
