　　 Recently, search “天极下载” on www.baidu.com, you will get many results linking to another similar website---www.skycn.com, which has been purchased by Baidu not long ago. Its software download business resembles Chinabyte in terms of content, user experience way, business operation style etc, as a result their targeted customers are exactly the same.

　　After a series investigations, Experts from Chinabyte claims that it is a vicious conduct by Baidu, which is not in line with the technical criterion of itself. But why it bothers to do so? Obviously, it wanted to raise flow of skycn by abusing its search engine platform, fame and influence of Chinabyte in this area. Chinabyte download channel (www.mydown.com) is in the leading position in terms of user experience and software download speed in China, and the above mentioned vicious manipulation by Baidu forced all users to give up their due right to use www.mydown.com without any advance notice. We believe that as a responsible search engine company, this conduction by Baidu has already violate professional moral and regulation, and it is also misleading and cheating users.

　　We strongly condemn Baidu for its vicious control in search results, misleading web users, humiliate the credit of another competitor, immoral deliberation of breaking gulid regulation and we hereby request Baidu to put it to an end, correct the mistake and make official apology on its own website.
