其实,刚进工厂就是Helpdesk,可能大部分IT人在工厂的起步都是这样的,只是可能。做了半年后,一直挂在经理桌前这段话,吸引了我,细看看,咦,这不是我一直在做的么,这些话确实很有用,确实在指引了我,尽管现在Helpdesk只是我工作的一小部分,但是我依然时不时的看看,当然,如果所处职业不是服务相关,可适当忽略
