when run:

$ rvm install ruby-*.*.*-p*

Error running 'env GEM_PATH=/Users/***/.rvm/gems/ruby-*.*.*-p*:*********, please read /Users/***/.rvm/log/ruby-*.*.*-p*/rubygems.install.log
Installation of rubygems did not complete successfully.

solve:

$ rvm remove ruby-*.*.*-p*          # get rid of unsuccessful installation
$ rvm get head --autolibs=3         # get the latest RVM and build required libs
$ rvm requirements                  # just in case, install all other required stuff
$ rvm install ruby-*.*.*-p*         # reinstall this ruby
$ rvm --default use ruby-*.*.*-p*   # use this ruby by default

analysis:

    出现这种问题的原因是

        你在安装进程未完成前 就因为某些原因打断了安装的进行 导致安装过程产生不可修复的功能缺失 且很难修复

            解决办法就是 将未完成的安装结果（实际看起来已经安装好 其实没有）清除 重新安装
