Lotus Notes 8.x

1. Start Lotus Notes and go to your preferences (File - Preferences).

2. Go to Contacts section and ensure that the box next to "Enable 'Synchronise Contacts' on the Replicator" is checked.

3. Go to your Replicator page and ensure that "Synchronize Contacts" now shows on it and that it is enabled (ie. box checked in "Enabled" column).

Note that the Replicator page may also show an entry for your Address Book (see "Bodek's Address Book" in the screen capture above). This will only happen if your Notes account was enabled for roaming.

Lotus Notes 7.x

1. Start Lotus Notes and open your mailbox.

2. From "Actions" menu, select "Synchronise Address Book". Notes that you can do the same thing for the Personal Journal database, if you are using one.

Lotus Notes will compare Contacts stored inside you names.nsf file (Notes Address Book) and your mail file (iNotes/DWA) and synchronise them. Results will be displayed in a dialogue box. You have to repeat this process each time you add new contacts inside your Notes Address Book, or inside iNotes/DWA.
