oracle lcm,EPMLCM-13000: Service currently not available. — oracle-tech

Hello Everyone,

When I try to export "phased submission"Artifacts, I am getting LCM export FAILED status. remaining all artifacts are exporting sucessfully .

This issue is with respect to HFM only. Please help on this issue.

1. LCM status FAILED

EPMLCM-13000: Service currently not available.

2. Consolidation administartion-> system messages.
