I am very glad that I hava a choice to go to microsoft. It's no doubt that I learn more things from it.

First of all, I stand firmly for my conviction that the basis is of most importance. It's no need to worry about too much. Pay more attention to the basis knowledge and improve all aspects of myself. As the saying goes, no good building without a good foundation. So, calm down and do the basis things and conquer English, Algorithm. Then u will have a choice to do challenge work sooner or later. No matter how is going, we are supposed to stick to the principle.

高瞻远瞩，又要脚踏实地

Don't care more about the current interests. We are supposed to put longterm interests before immediate interests. In my view, how far u can look forword will decide how great achievement u will gain. So, make a plan for ur future and better ur idea constantly. Besides, I want to point out is that we alse should be down-to-earth. It's no need to worry, just keep doing, we know we are improving step by step.

U are supposed to know which job u are glad to devote ur life and ur time to do. U can go to be a intern, and check if u like this kind of job and u can check other job until u find ur favorite. it's one of the ways, but it's not the unique way. As a result, u may find what u r glad to do. As we all know, everyone want to be successful, but there are just a part of people gain what they want. In my opinion, those people persist in pursuing their own belief and believe their further will succeed. It's not easy, so u should find the balance, find something to help u to insist, maybe u should find sth which really make u realxed.

Well, I find the day in mircosoft give me a impression that it may be easy to be a intern if u have a good basis, Algorithm, English. And the environment in microsoft is really awesome, u can hear someone discuss with eath other in English, and it also offers plenty of delicous food. That's all, Hurry up, keep trying.
