the rpc server cannot be contacted on server 10.132.1.75

解决办法：结束“任务管理器”中的进程 ConfigMgrSvr.exe, 再 discovery.

Locate ConfigMgrSvr.exe process on the server, kill it and rerun discovery. It might work.
