Ie浏览器打不开二级页面,解决办法是:重新调用IE组件!
win+r（开始-〉运行） 依次输入以下命令  
Regsvr32 urlmon.dll  
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll  
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll  
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
