一，2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (10060)

检查是否3306端口被禁：telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 3306

#cd /etc/sysconfig
#vi iptables

# Firewall configuration written by system-config-firewall
# Manual customization of this file is not recommended.
*filter
:INPUT ACCEPT [0:0]
:FORWARD ACCEPT [0:0]
:OUTPUT ACCEPT [0:0]
-A INPUT -m state --state ESTABLISHED,RELATED -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -p icmp -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -i lo -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 3306 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited
-A FORWARD -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited
COMMIT

#service iptables restart

二，链接出现 ERROR 1130: Host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

#mysql -u root -p  
mysql>use mysql;  
mysql>select Host,User from user where User='root';  
mysql>update user set Host= '%' where User='root';  
mysql>flush privileges;  
mysql>select Host,User from user where User='root';

三、2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' (10061)
