然后百度。。。

搜到如下答案：

但是发现还是很慢。。。。

接着搜索，原来，这些文章中需要用到开源中国de Maven 库，但是，开源中国的Maven库2016年8月停止服务了，很惋惜。。

so，把库地址改为阿里的就好了：

buildscript {
    repositories {
        maven { url 'http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/' }
        jcenter()
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.2.3'

        // NOTE: Do not place your application dependencies here; they belong

    }
}

allprojects {
    repositories {
        maven { url 'http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/' }

}
