更换知更鸟的推荐文章

呵呵，今天又弄了将近一天的博客。搬家，更换域名之类的。已经有大半年没有搞了。很多的地方不熟悉，这不今天在修改知更鸟主题的推荐文章时，弄了好半天才能好。

先记录下来，呵呵。我们只需要修改主题的\includes文件夹下的related.php即可。
