ubunto安装mysql8.13,无法在Ubuntu 16.04上安装mysql

I ran the following command

wget http://repo.mysql.com/mysql-apt-config_0.8.9-1_all.deb

sudo dpkg -i mysql-apt-config_0.8.9-1_all.deb

sudo apt-get update

all goes well but when i hit

sudo apt-get install mysql-server

It gives me following errors
