今天碰到一个同事说打印一周日历，每天晚上7点后的事项打印出来都没有了。按照下面设置下设置时间范围就可以解决。

 

在打印设置里选择一个样式（每周议程式），点击打印选项，选自定义样式，点编辑，设置打印日历的起止时间就可以了。

Weekly Agenda Print Style updates

With Outlook 2010, you can print your weekly calendar in an agenda style that lets you see your appointments in a list format rather than in a calendar format. The Weekly Agenda print style in Outlook 2010 is similar to that in 2003. This functionality was not available in Outlook 2007 until the August 2009 KB 974489 article, and as a result, many 2007 users are using the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook (CPAO) to print out their weekly agendas.

While the Outlook 2010 Weekly Agenda Print Style was not designed to provide all of the customizability that is provided by CPAO, it does return to Outlook a feature that was initially missed by many users of the 2007 edition.

Interface 

The Outlook 2010 Weekly Agenda Print Style was patterned after the weekly agenda view in Outlook 2003. It is more text than graphics based, and is thus is able to display more detailed calendar information than an equivalent view in Outlook 2007.

To access the Weekly Agenda Print Style, select it from the Print section in the File tab.

Customization options 

Several options let you customize the Weekly Agenda Print Style. To access the Page Setup: Weekly Agenda Style window, make sure that you are in the Calendar module, then click File, Print, and then double-click the Weekly Agenda Style button.
