计算机辅助质量系统 (CAQ)和计算机集成质量系统(IQS)是企
业实现CIIv1S及其它先进生产模式的基础和重要组成部分，对制造企 业在战略和策略上均有十分重要的意义。本文对网络信息化环境下的 质量管理作了进一步的研究，其目的在于给出流程企业的质量管理系 统解决方案，以解决西安铁路信号工厂计算机辅助质量管理系统 CXX-CAQ)的应用问题。
本文对计算机辅助质量管理的发展和研究现状等进行了全面回
顾，并对网络信息化环境下的质量管理进行了一定程度的探讨，提出 了实现质量管理网络信息化的质量管理系统系统的结构和实现方法。 接着，本文对基于 2000年版ISO 9000质量保证体系的质量管理系统在 进行了初步讨论 F并给出了具体的实现方法，进一步完善了质量管理 系统的体系结构。讨论了流程企业对质量管理系统的特殊需求，研究 了流程企业质量管理系统的框架模型，以及流程企业质量管理系统实 现的网络与数据库技术解决方案。本文最后对所开发的 XX-CAQ系统 作了需求分析，包括功能需求、性能需求、信息需求。介绍了 XX-CAQ 系统的总体结构和集成方案，建立了功能模型和信息模型，对该系统 开发中的关键技术进行了探讨，并描述了 XX-CAQ系统的具体实现 。

ABSTRACT
Computer Aided Qua1ity System (CAQ) and Integrated Quality System (IQS)are the important component and foundation of CIMS and other advancedmanufacturing阴阳rn. It contains very important strategy and stratagem for anenterprise to survive and win in the market competition. This thesis makes afurther discussion and study on the quality management under the networkinformation environment. system，which makes the quality management work under network
information environment ，is advanced.Then，the quality management
system based in ISO 9000 series (2000 edition) is handled ，and the practical realization method is put forward. This paper discusses the special
