监听状态显示： Linux Error: 111: Connection refused

现象：查看侦听状态时显示连接拒绝连接的提示。

[oracle@ocp ~]$ lsnrctl status

Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))

TNS-12541: TNS:no listener

 TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

  TNS-00511: No listener

   Linux Error: 111: Connection refused

原因：/etc/hosts 里没有加入localhost .

127.0.0.1   ocp localhost

写全就可以 了
