Citrix license 服务不能启动

本人遇到过以下两种情况，导致License服务器不可用

1、license服务器意外断电非法关机

2、导入许可证的时候，许可证文件带有汉字。

这时就不能进入许可证管理控制台，提示服务没有启动。

解决方法：

找到license安装目录：

删除activation_state、concurrent_state这两个文件，然后重新启动citrix licensing服务即可。

如果执行完以上，问题还没有解决，继续下面的操作

1.  在License服务器上停止以下服务器

Citrix Licensing WMI 

Citrix Licensing

License Management Console

 2. Temporarily move all license files with extension .lic from “Program files\citrix\licensing\MyFiles to a different folder. However leave the file citrix_startup.lic.

 3. Then restart the 3 services and open the LMC again. Confirm that there is no longer an 

alert in current usage.

 4. Stop the services again, copy the .lic files back to MyFiles folder and restart services.

5. Go back into LMC – alert should still be gone.

此时大功告成，如果还是没有解决，那就是人品问题了。
