官方提供的方法无法解决问题，在网上搜到下面这个方法，可以使用：

This fixed my error 3 problem (this is for winxp, the folder for vista would be c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\google\update):
open a command prompt, and type in the following (after replacing <your username>
with your username):
cd "C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Update\"
Then run:
GoogleUpdate.exe /RegServer

即

1.打开附件>命令提示符，输入以下字符：cd "C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Update\" ,按回车；

其中的<your username> 更换为你的用户名

2.然后再输入：GoogleUpdate.exe /RegServer 回车

3.打开“关于Google Chrom 浏览器”看看能不能连接到服务器，如果还不能重启电脑即可
