解决方法

计算机\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\KeyExchangeAlgorithms\Diffie-Hellman

设置为    DWORD：00000200

如果没有的话自行加上
