原因：没有找到相应的代理从而不能正常的下载catalog-web.cab文件。

两种解决方法：

1：安装完整的：windows 安装包(Windows Essentials)

2：下载相应的cab文件

如果往51cto上发表博客，一定要记住先选择创作类型，不然会一直提示需要选择创作类型.
