查看系统安装是否有wget

# which wget
/usr/bin/wget
# which vim
/usr/bin/vim

If not find command,run following command

/usr/bin/which: no vim in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/root/bin)
# yum --enablerepo=epel -y install wget vim

[1]Install axel

# rpm -ivh 
# cd /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/
# wget http://cnfreesoft.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/axelget/axelget.conf 
# cd /usr/lib/yum-plugins/
# wget http://cnfreesoft.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/axelget/axelget.conf
